Recipe - Busha Tamarind Raisin Wings
- 3lb - Chicken Wings
- 1/4 - cup best quality vegetable oil
- 1/4 - cup Busha Browne's Tamarind Raisin (Steak) Sauce
- 2 - tsp Escallions, finely chopped
- 1 - small onion, chopped
Place wings in a bowl. Blend all ingredients and pour over wings. Marinate 24 hrs in fridge. Grill the wings, basting with marinade for 20 min, cooking slowly and evenly until juices run clear. Serve piping hot with any of our Chutneys.
