Busha Browne's Pineapple&
Ginger Preserve
As an addition, Busha Browne's Pineapple & Ginger
Preserve gives a dish an interesting new character.
Blended with the best island pineapple and ginger,
grown in limestone drained soil across our island.

Pineapple
& Ginger Rum Butter
1 cup Butter (1/2 lb)
2 cups Confectioners sugar
1/4 cup Aged Jamaican gold rum or brandy
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Busha Browne's Pineapple & Ginger Preserve
Cream butter then add icing sugar, cinnamon, Jamaican
rum or brandy and Guava Jelly. For Hard Sauce, refrigerate
until set. For soft sauce, heat over warm water,
stirring, pour over pudding slices server. Add water
if too thick. |
