Twice-boiled Guava Jelly is equally unusual, being a rich, and smooth, characteristically flavourful spread. Busha Browne's Twice-Boiled Original Guava Jelly
Available in both 12oz. and 4oz. sizes, Busha Browne's Original Guava Jelly is excellent in combination with Jerk Seasoning lightly sprinkled on shrimp, salmon or swordfish.

Scones & Guava Jelly
4 cups All-Purpose Flour (1 lb)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Shortening
6 tsp Double acting baking powder
1 cup Warmed Milk

These scones have always been popular for Jamaican afternoon tea served any time from 4pm to 5pm. They are very similar to the 'biscuits' that are made in the American South.
