Recipe - Busha's Toasted Pepper Jelly Sandwiches
Ideal as a snack or at teatime.
Split sesame rolls and butter. Fill with sliced cheese topped with chutney into shich has been mixed a dash of Pukka Sauce. Garnish with salad greens, alfalfa sprouts or crudites.
Variation: May be used as an open sandwich toasted under the grill until the cheese melts.
